When our hands aren't in dough, they are generally in soil (at least during the North Country growing season).

We keep intensive annual gardens of greens, herbs, allium & any vegetable suited to garnishing a pizza.

We grow black, pink & red currants, blueberries & black raspberries.

We also maintain a 40 tree orchard with 5 varieties of pears, 3 varieties of plums & sour cherries.

While the orchard is still young, the trees are just beginning to fruit and will become quite productive in years to come.

Someday, we hope to find a way to retail pastries composed from all that we grow.
